History

POLYFLEX has been operating in the packaging and printing sector of the flexographic industry for over 22 years.  Founded by Gerald Pollock, POLYFLEX
has grown consistently since 1989, exceeding the flexographic printing industry growth rate.  POLYFLEX is a ‘print solution’ house offering services from origination to final production of photopolymer plates for printing. The company has expanded to the extent that it now offers an enormous range of flexographic prepress products and services countrywide. It is the company’s passion for flexography that has driven its employees to redefine excellence in this industry.

POLYFLEX designs, proofs and produces flexographic printing plates for customers who print on a variety of substrates — including corrugated board, all types of flexible packaging, paper, board and self-adhesive label stock. Offering a broad supply chain solution, Polyflex helps customers to originate, control and access packaging workflows.

In the rapid pace of technological and environmental change, the rules of the game need to be altered through a creative and generative frame of mind. 
POLYFLEX continually seeks ways to improve the quality of print through innovation and efficiency in reproduction techniques.

Over the last two decades, flexographic printing has evolved from its ugly duckling status to become the most consistently innovative printing process. If it were not for the entrepreneurial spirit of each of Polyflex’s customers and their belief in flexo printing, Polyflex would not be where it is today.

Gerald’s son, Brett Pollock has held the position of Managing Director since 2000.
